Order Issues & Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the package and products
* A description of the issue
After review, we may offer:
* A replacement
* Store credit
* Partial/full refund (at our discretion)
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, we are not responsible for carrier delays caused by:
* USPS or other shipping carriers
* Weather conditions
* Customs inspections
* Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
However, we will do our best to assist with tracking and carrier claims when possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered fulfilled orders. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages after delivery confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate and secure.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted.
