Frequently asked questions

What types of products does Ascend Biotek carry?

We carry research-grade peptides including Tirzepatide, MOTS-C, Tesamorelin, CJC, MT2, and GHK-CU, alongside antioxidants like NAD+ and Glutathione, peptide stacks, bacteriostatic (BAC) water, syringes, and starter kits — all formulated strictly for laboratory and scientific research.

What is included in the Starter Kit?

Our Starter Kit bundles the essentials for peptide research: a peptide vial, BAC water for reconstitution, 10 syringes for accurate measurement, and alcohol wipes for safe handling. Kits are available in multiple configurations ranging from $45 to $120.

Are your peptides available in different quantities or concentrations?

Yes. Several peptides are offered in multiple sizes. BAC water comes in two sizes at $5–$10, and Starter Kits are tiered by configuration. Visit individual product pages in our Shop for current options and availability.

What is the shipping policy?

We ship nationwide across the USA. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. Orders below that threshold may incur a standard shipping fee. We process and dispatch orders promptly after payment confirmation.

How do you ensure product purity and potency?

Every batch undergoes rigorous third-party testing before entering our catalog. We source all compounds from trusted manufacturers under strict quality standards. Products are 100% lab-verified for purity and potency prior to shipping.

How should I store the peptides I receive?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light — ideally at −20°C for long-term storage. Once reconstituted with BAC water, store refrigerated at 2–8°C and use within the manufacturer’s recommended timeframe.
