BLACKLIST – ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY
Any communication by the Customer which leads us to believe that the Customer will use or intends to use our products in a manner other than that for which they are intended may result in refusal of service, cancellation of orders, or permanent restriction from future purchases.
The products shall NOT be used for:

• Performance enhancement purposes

NO GUIDANCE; AFFILIATION
Ascend Biotek assumes that the Customer is familiar with the products being purchased and does not provide usage guidelines or dosing instructions. Any request for human-use guidance may result in cancellation of orders and refusal of future service.

If the Customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting ascend.biotek@yahoo.com and allowing Ascend Biotek thirty (30) business days to investigate the dispute, Ascend Biotek reserves the right to terminate the Customer’s account and pursue available remedies permitted by law.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ascend Biotek shall not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, customs delays, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the nature of research products and contamination risks:
• No returns
• No exchanges
• No cancellations after payment
